“I’m going to be buying a new laptop sometime within the next few months (my current one’s pretty old) and I was seriously considering switching to Apple - especially because all the research I’ve done points to the idea that the company’s great for the support it offers.
Of course, now I’ve stumbled onto this place, I’m unlikely to do it - unless the support is up to the right standards within the next year.
Basically, if Apple wants me (and people like me in this country) to buy their products, they should make the service reliable :-)”
